Constellation West is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst in Washington, DC. The role focuses on planning, developing, and maintaining spending plans and related documentation, performing cost estimation, and supporting life-cycle cost analyses for defense programs.

Required expertise includes DoD/IC estimating, budgeting, and risk analysis with advanced Excel and statistical software. A TOP SECRET/SCI eligibility is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualificações

• Ten (10) years minimum relevant work experience with the DoD or IC.
• Thorough knowledge of DoD/IC estimating, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Expert with Excel, risk analysis tools, regression analysis, and SAS/SPSS/Stata.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, developing, and maintaining spending plans and related documentation.
• Perform cost estimation and analysis to develop life-cycle and independent cost estimates.
• Support acquisition life-cycle with defensible, logical cost estimates.
