Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale mission-critical project in the West Palm Beach area. This is a full-time, site-based position requiring a regular on-site presence to support project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and cost management activities.

This role will serve as a key client-facing position, responsible for delivering cost management, estimating, quantity surveying, and commercial support throughout the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in cost management within construction.
• RICS accreditation preferred or in progress.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large, high-complexity projects.
• Construction consultancy experience preferred.
• Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
• Review and participate with the design services team and general contractor in the development of cost estimates.
• Lead negotiations on pricing with contractors and subs to drive fair contract prices.
• Produce monthly cost reports for presentation to the client and support final accounts.
