Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale mission-critical construction project. The ideal candidate will bring strong cost management expertise, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to delivering best-in-class cost and commercial management services throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in cost management in construction.
• RICS accreditation or working towards it is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Advise client on strategies, prequalify vendors, assess proposals and bids, and chair interviews.
• Develop project estimates for construction, fees, direct work and other costs; review junior team estimates.
• Establish cost reporting schedule and present forecasts; maintain a commercial risk register.
