Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management for a global technology client on a large data center program in Rayville, LA. This role requires onsite presence Monday through Friday with a per diem option for non-relocating candidates.

The successful candidate will lead budgets, forecasts, reports, and risk management, while guiding project teams and coordinating with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.
• Graduate degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management preferred.
• 8+ years in cost management, quantity surveying, project controls, or commercial management in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management services across large-scale data center construction projects through planning to closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact for commercial and cost management matters.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, cost reports, cash flow analyses, and performance metrics.
• Provide commercial leadership and strategic cost advice for informed project decisions.
• Establish and maintain project controls, cost reporting processes, and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Lead quantity surveying, cost control, estimating, and change management throughout the lifecycle.
