You will deliver value‑added cost management, ensuring objectives are met through rigorous estimation, cost planning, and procurement support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, cost management, or related field.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects.
• RICS accreditation or active pursuit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and maintain final cost plans.
• Review estimates with design teams and general contractors.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and support post‑contract variances.
