NPAworldwide is seeking a Senior Cost Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project to lead cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for a landmark infrastructure program in the Northeast.

You will develop budgets, evaluate change orders, forecast cash flow, and collaborate with procurement to validate bids, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record in cost management for large-scale transportation, tunneling, or heavy civil projects.
• Experience with public infrastructure and cost estimation, financial modeling, and budgeting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets with detailed cost estimates.
• Evaluate change orders and track cost against budget.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and cash-flow analyses for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with procurement to assess bids and cost proposals.
• Conduct risk analyses and implement mitigation for cost overruns.
