Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced cost estimator/quantity surveyor to prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports. You will develop life cycle costing options, identify risks, and support procurement while working onsite at client sites to strengthen relationships and ensure delivery.

Collaboration with design teams and lease negotiations are part of the role. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cost estimating or QS, is proficient with CostX and MS Office, and demonstrates

Responsibilities
