Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support cost services across large industrial and manufacturing projects. The role emphasizes strong commercial oversight, cost planning, and proactive collaboration with design, procurement, and construction teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years in cost management or quantity surveying, with a track record on complex industrial projects and a preference for those with RICS accreditation or progress toward certification.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of cost management or quantity surveying experience.
• Experience on medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Industrial, manufacturing or complex retrofit environments preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• RICS accreditation or working toward certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and estimating, including final cost plans.
• Review cost estimates with design teams and general contractor.
• Coordinate cost information from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare cost estimates updates and executive summaries.
• Lead cost checks and valuations on large projects.
• Support post-contract cost variance and change control processes.
