Job summary

ProSource Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Cost Management within a client-driven project delivery team in San Francisco. You will be embedded at a leading global technology client, driving cost management across major Data Center developments while helping build the consultancy's U.S.

operation. The role requires a consultancy background in Quantity Surveying with large-scale Data Center exposure, strong client-facing communication, and willingness to work full-time on-site.

Qualifications

• Consultancy Cost Management / Quantity Surveying background.
• Experience delivering large-scale Data Center projects preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site with the client.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead Cost Manager within project delivery team.
• Manage project costs from preconstruction through final account.
• Provide commercial and cost advice across large-scale Data Center developments.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and project teams.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify commercial risks.
• Support procurement and tender evaluation.
• Contribute to the establishment and growth of the consultancy's U.S. business.
• Mentor and support future Cost Management hires as the team expands.
