Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a large multi-phase hyperscale data center program near St. Louis, MO.

You will lead cost management, procurement strategy and commercial governance while interfacing with clients and cross-functional teams. The role requires a strong client-facing professional with leadership, communication and delivery excellence, onsite 3x per week in the St.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• Graduate degree in quantity surveying or construction management preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in cost management within construction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cost management team across multi-phase data center projects.
• Interface with client, stakeholders and consultants at all stages.
• Manage cost planning, procurement strategy, change control and commercial governance.
• Maintain reporting on project commercial status and KPI metrics.
• Support development of best-practice procedures and templates.
