Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Cost Manager to lead cost planning and commercial management on major data center developments in Indiana. You will collaborate with project teams and ensure accurate estimating, risk reviews, and value engineering.

Candidates should have 5+ years in cost management, QS, or cost consultancy, data center experience is a plus, and must be eligible to work in the United States. Hybrid Indiana work arrangement preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant
• Data center experience is a plus but not essential
• Strong cost planning, estimating and commercial management experience
• Must be authorised to work in the US
