Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in cost management or project controls within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of change order review and cash flow forecasting.
• RICS accreditation or progress toward certification is a plus.

• Develop and maintain cost plans and budgets aligned with project scope.
