Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, and cost management processes are essential for this hybrid role requiring onsite presence.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in cost management or project controls within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of change order review and cash flow forecasting.
• RICS accreditation or progress toward certification is a plus.

• Support and manage cost control activities across large-scale construction projects.
• Develop and maintain cost plans and budgets aligned with project scope.
• Prepare and present cost reports and executive-level dashboards.
