The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional initiatives, forecast financial outcomes, and mentor cost analysts. Willingness to travel 10% is required as part of multi‑year cost‑reduction roadmaps.

Qualifications

• University degree plus 10+ years experience or Advanced degree plus 7+ years experience.
• 1+ years experience delivering measurable cost‑reduction results
• 1+ years experience with financial forecasting
• 1+ years experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and supplier‑facing engagements
• Ability to communicate complex cost drivers to leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead cost‑management strategies across key commodities to deliver productivity and cost optimization.
• Build robust cost models and evaluate supplier economics for value‑improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Sourcing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to develop multi‑year cost‑reduction roadmaps.
• Drive supplier negotiations and open‑book cost‑transparency programs.
• Monitor market trends and risks; develop actionable mitigation plans.
• Deliver executive reporting, analytics, and business cases for strategic decisions.
