Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in cost estimation for data centers, mission-critical, or large-scale infra.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and power distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for electrical building projects, including expansions and upgrades.
• Analyze drawings and specs to determine scope, materials and labor needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and PM teams to refine cost projections.
• Source pricing from vendors and suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate cost risks and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Prepare and present cost estimates to stakeholders and clients.
• Maintain up-to-date cost data and market trends within each market.
• Assist in bid proposals, contract negotiations and procurement strategies.
• Utilize CRM to manage quote timelines and data.
• Ensure compliance with standards and company policies.
