Job Overview:

We are a rapidly growing electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company based in Silicon Valley, seeking a highly motivated Senior Quoter to join our dynamic and hands-on team. This role is critical to supporting our PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) quoting process, working cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, and Engineering to deliver timely and accurate cost estimates.

You’ll play a key role in shaping pricing strategy while ensuring competitiveness and profitability. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers visibility to senior leadership and growth opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

In the first 90 days, the successful candidate will:

• Gain a strong understanding of the PCBA manufacturing process and workflow.
• Learn and navigate existing quoting tools, software, and documentation processes.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with quoting team members and other departments.
• Independently and accurately quote low-complexity assemblies within standard turnaround times.

By 6 months, the candidate is expected to:

• Establish themselves as a trusted and reliable member of the quoting team.
• Recommend enhancements to current quoting methods and tools.
• Quote moderate-complexity assemblies with accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of quoting experience in the PCBA or electronics manufacturing supply chain.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and cost modeling.
• Experience using CalcuQuote or similar SaaS quoting platforms preferred.
• Technical background or hands-on experience on the manufacturing floor is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential pricing information.
