DRA Global is seeking a Senior Cost Controller in Phoenix to lead project cost control within an EPCM mining environment. You will develop and maintain budgets, WBS structures, and cost forecasts, coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate reporting and proactive risk management.

The role involves mentoring junior staff, implementing cost control standards, and delivering monthly cost reports and dashboards for major mining projects in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• 10–15+ years in cost control within EPCM mining projects.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain cost control systems, budgets and WBS.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and cost performance analyses.
• Monitor variances, contingencies and forecasts.
• Coordinate with project teams for change management and invoicing.
• Mentor Cost Controllers and ensure data integrity.
