Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Cost Controller for our Baltimore, MD office to support the BPTR Program and other project opportunities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Cost Controls / Project Controls professional with strong budget management, cost forecasting, financial analysis, and contract administration experience on large-scale capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Six or more years of project controls experience or equivalent.
• Experience with construction contracts, billing procedures, payment processes, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost controls related to budget, actual cost, commitments, forecasting and budget changes.
• Manage package and project level budgets and contingency and changes.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of actual costs and accruals monthly.
• Forecast package and project level costs monthly; analyze data for trends.
• Lead cost reporting at the package level and present variance analyses.
