Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management or Law or equivalent.
• 10+ years of related work experience or equivalent, including 2 years of leadership.
• Experience in transit/infrastructure projects or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review change requests and assign to SMEs.
• Draft claim responses and cost proposals.
• Lead change approval through governance steps.
• Coordinate procurement for contract modifications.
• Log risks and track changes and claims.
• Support negotiations for contract modifications.
