Job summary

Greenberry Industrial is seeking a Senior Cost Controller to support a large-scale, high-tech construction project in Boise, Idaho. This on-site, project-based role requires advanced cost management, forecasting, and reporting throughout execution, with collaboration across project leadership, field teams, and client representatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cost controls or project controls on major capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, EAC, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and scheduling tools (P6) and Viewpoint/Trimble.
• Ability to work onsite in Boise, Idaho for the duration.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project cost control systems aligned with contract scope and budgets.
• Develop budgets, cost codes, commitments, forecasts, and reporting structures.
• Monitor costs across labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead.
• Prepare cost-to-complete, estimate-at-completion, cash flow projections.
• Identify cost overruns and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain SOR unit-rate tracking and labor hour budgets.
