Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Control Manager to act as the key day-to-day client interface, delivering cost management services across a large-scale data center program.

The role emphasizes change management, cost control, and commercial governance, ensuring that all project changes are evaluated, managed, and communicated throughout the construction lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-volume program environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of cost management or project controls on construction programs.
• Experience with change management and cost control across large campuses.
• On-site construction program experience; consultancy preferred.
• RICS accreditation advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage change management processes across the program.
• Review, evaluate, and negotiate change orders throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain change logs, contingency tracking, and commitment registers.
• Provide cost analysis and recommendations for decision-making on changes.
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution through commercial oversight.
• Develop cost plans and present updates at milestones.
• Coordinate cost inputs from subcontractors and design teams.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in change management.
