ADEPT Force Group Incorporated is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to deliver high-impact cost analyses across the life cycle of large-scale government programs. You will develop cost models, conduct lifecycle cost analyses, and present findings to senior leadership in a collaborative Agile environment.

The role requires DoD/Army cost estimation experience, ACEIT proficiency, and strong communication skills to support decision-making and program planning. A Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of professional cost analysis experience including DoD/Army estimates.
• Experience with ACEIT for building and defending cost models.
• Proficiency in Excel for cost modeling, data analysis, and scenario simulations.
• Agile cost estimating practices and certification (SAFe Agilist or Scrum Master).
• Knowledge of DoD cost policies and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Develop program cost estimates and documentation (POEs, LCCEs, BCAs, ROMs).
• Create and maintain cost models with traceable methodologies.
• Use ACEIT to build, analyze, defend cost models for acquisition planning.
• Conduct cost risk assessments and inform decision-making.
• Prepare executive briefings and financial reports.
