Job summary

HunaTek Government Solutions is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to perform comprehensive cost analyses for government programs in the Northern Virginia area. You will develop CARDs, lead estimation activities, and apply advanced modeling techniques to forecast funding needs and evaluate contracting strategies.

The role requires US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and 8+ years of relevant DoD cost-analysis experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
• Minimum 8 years’ cost analysis experience for DoD, intelligence, or civil agency programs; Navy/MC preferred.
• Experience supporting Government Acquisition Programs is preferred.
• ACAT I-IV experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of cost analyses including LCCE, ROM, IGCE, and ad hoc studies.
• Develop Cost Analysis Requirements Descriptions (CARDs).
• Lead and manage program office estimate activities.
• Develop and apply mathematical methodologies for estimating costs.
• Maintain cost and affordability models and data analysis.
• Provide briefing materials for executive and oversight level reviews.
• Communicate results to diverse stakeholders.
