Job summary

HunaTek is seeking highly motivated cost analysts to work on-site with a government client in the Central Florida Research Park area. The role requires proficiency in cost analyses, budgeting, and data-driven decision making to support program funding and acquisition decisions.

Candidates should have DoD or government program experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to present results to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or business).
• Five to eight years’ experience performing cost analyses, financial management, and acquisition experience for DoD, intelligence, or civil agency programs.
• Prior experience supporting Government Acquisition Programs.
• Preferred: Prior experience supporting DoD Acquisition Programs (ACAT I-IV).
• Preferred: Prior financial management and program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of cost analyses in evaluation of client programs, to include life cycle cost estimates (LCCE), ROM, IGCE and ad hoc studies.
• Develop CARDs and support program office estimate activities.
• Develop, update, manipulate, and maintain cost and affordability models.
• Forecast future funding needs and evaluate contracting strategy.
• Prepare briefing materials and other communications packages for management and oversight.
• Work autonomously and as part of a team to meet goals.
