Qualifications

• 7 to 15 years of government acquisition experience and knowledge of Federal contract requirements, cost estimating, and cost analysis.
• Experience with complex information technologies, simulations, models, and research tools; ability to advise senior decision makers.
• Familiarity with DHS cost-estimating practices and policy; training delivery capability.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cost and economic analyses including cost research, data collection and life cycle cost analysis.
• Develop cost estimating relationships and model development; conduct cost risk analysis and project forecasting.
