Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Cost Accountant III/IV/Senior to join a team that supports a person-focused health care system. The role blends monthly close, cost allocations, and ad-hoc analyses with opportunities to mentor others.

The position is hybrid (3 days in office) across multiple locations including Boise and Lewiston, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business with 3–5 years of relevant experience for Accountant III.
• Accountant IV requires 4+ years of experience; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Senior I/lead requires 6+ years of relevant experience and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and major sections of financial statements (GAAP and SAP).
• Gathers, validates, and summarizes accounting data; prepares ad-hoc analyses.
• Maintains cost accounting allocation tables using labor distribution and org structure.
• Prepares analyses of budget variances and department-level reports.
• Coordinates with auditors and internal teams; supports forecasts and budgeting.
• Mentors junior staff and supports cross-functional projects.
