Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Accountant at the III/IV level to support cost accounting functions. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile ledgers, and analyze data to inform budgeting and decision-making.

You will work within a collaborative team, contributing to process improvements and ad-hoc analyses. The role involves a hybrid schedule with employees spending time in office locations and remote work when appropriate, with opportunities for leadership in cross-functional projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience for Accountant III/IV.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with SAP/CAS/FAR/FEHBAR where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze data and provide ad-hoc analyses for management.
• Maintain cost accounting allocations and budget reports.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and respond to inquiries.
• Mentor teammates and support cross-functional projects.
