Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Project Engineering - Cost Account Manager to support Spectrum Superiority programs in Salt Lake City, UT. You will manage cost, schedule, and performance for active control accounts, coordinating with Program Management, Finance, and Engineering IPT Leads to ensure accurate planning and execution.

Responsibilities include leading EVMS-based reporting, developing forecasts, and driving corrective actions to align with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 years of related experience, or Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Experience as a Cost Account Manager on development, production, or integration programs.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), cost performance analysis, EACs, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and performance for assigned control accounts across one or more programs (typically $50M-$750M).
• Develop, maintain, and analyze CAPs, budgets, EACs, and forecast data.
• Lead EVMS reporting, variance analysis, and Contract Performance Reports.
