Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a production crew member to support the corrugated packaging process at our Texas facility. The role focuses on preparing the machine for each production run, stamping identification, and maintaining daily machine care to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include palletizing finished products, coordinating with the team to address issues, and following ISO procedures while working with various production equipment and basic tools.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions such as schedules and orders.
• Willing to work overtime on short notice, including weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the machine for production per the customer order.
• Prepare the stencil that stamps product identification.
• Clean and oil the machine daily.
• Palletize the product according to shop card for shipping.
• Assist with running orders and monitor seamless operation; report issues to operator.
• May need to work with maintenance and other staff to fix problems.
