CoreCivic is seeking a Senior Correctional Officer, Inmate Relations, to join the Unit Management Team in an institutional setting. This uniformed role focuses on resolving daily inmate issues before they escalate, conducting rounds, and maintaining safety and security across assigned units.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years in security within criminal justice (one year in a supervisory capacity preferred), and a valid driver's license. Must be 18+.
$31.12 per hour

The Senior Correctional Officer, Inmate Relationsis a uniformed, security trained member of the Unit Management Team responsible for resolving daily inmate issues before they become significant matters, incidents or grievances. They ensure that services and programs are delivered to inmates assigned to the unit at a time and manner as designed.
