Scott Humphrey Corporation, a leader in commercial General Contracting, seeks an experienced Project Manager for correctional facility projects. The role requires direct experience with prisons or secure government facilities and handles complex, regulated builds across Texas, Louisiana, and southern markets.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholders, coordinating with owners, architects, and subs to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Experience managing correctional facilities, prisons, jails, detention centers, or secure government facilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage correctional facility and prison construction projects from precon through closeout.
• Maintain responsibility for budget, schedule, contract compliance, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, procurement, contracts, pay apps, and project documentation.
• Review schedules, identify delays, and develop recovery strategies.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships and scope coordination.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and government stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates on schedule, financials, procurement, risk, and status.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and cost reports; maintain project controls.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Review plans for constructability issues and conflicts.
• Ensure contractual deliverables are maintained.
• Support field team in resolving issues and maintaining momentum.
• Lead project closeout and turnover processes.
