Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding performance goals.
• Strong client interaction and ability to influence sales process.
• Powerful presentations and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of treasury management products.

Responsibilities

• Persuade clients on Fifth Third value proposition to influence sales outcomes.
• Identify client needs and present working capital solutions.
• Understand payment processes and TM product benefits.
• Develop and execute plans to exceed sales goals.
• Manage a sales pipeline and CRM entries.
• Educate RMs on TM products and initiatives.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior management.
• Coordinate with client specialists to ensure excellent service.
