Responsibilities

• Lead and support a wide range of transactions, including: corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, business planning, real estate, finance and lending.
• Draft, negotiate, and close complex deals with confidence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, with regular direct contact and responsibility.
• Manage matters proactively and independently while working alongside top‑tier colleagues.
