A law firm in Amarillo, Texas is seeking a 1–3 year Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney to join its corporate team. You will focus on corporate transactions, M&A, business planning, corporate governance, real estate, finance, and lending matters.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of corporate transactional experience and excellent drafting, research, writing, and communication skills, with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and Texas Bar admission (pending or eligible).
