St. Louis CITY SC seeks a Senior Account Executive, Corporate Ticket Sales to drive revenue through corporate ticket packages, season tickets, and matchday hospitality across the St. Louis region.

You will build relationships with corporate decision-makers, manage a robust Salesforce pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize fan engagement. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in sales or customer service are required; pay is $19-$21/hour with commission and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3+ years in sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell all available single-match group options, including group tickets, premium seats, events, stadium space rentals, and group matchday experiences.
• Renew, upsell, and expand existing corporate accounts by identifying additional opportunities across the club's ticketing and hospitality offerings.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate decision-makers, serving as a trusted business partner and primary point of contact.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce CRM, maintaining accurate activity and sales forecasts.
• Identify sales prospects by executing call campaigns, cold calling, emailing, and face‑to‑face appointments.
• Attend outside events with the purpose of selling, networking, and engaging the corporate community.
• Collaborate with the Ticket Sales and Service leadership team and other internal departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned
