Job summary

Top SaaS Company in New York City seeks a Senior Manager of Corporate Tax to lead global tax provision, compliance, and strategy. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to drive tax planning and risk management.

The role offers in-office presence two days a week with flexible work arrangements. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of tax experience, a CPA, and deep ASC 740 knowledge, with multinational exposure and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting and/or multinational corporate tax.
• CPA certification is required; MST or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Strong ASC 740 tax accounting and US international tax experience.
• Ability to manage complex processes and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead worldwide income tax provision process (ASC 740) quarterly and annually.
• Maintain SOX controls documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare tax memoranda on positions and reserves; monitor tax law changes.
• Manage filing of U.S. federal, state, and local income tax returns.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation updates with internal and external advisors.
• Support Pillar 2 / global minimum tax analysis and CbCR reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.
