• Counsel on formation, governance, reorganizations, and ownership structures.
• Draft and negotiate purchase, operating, shareholder, and JV agreements.
• Advise on corporate and tax considerations in transactions.
• Provide strategic counsel to privately held and family-owned businesses.
• Develop strong client relationships and grow the firm’s practice.
