Our Corporate Strategy team in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Senior Corporate Strategy Manager to help lead high-impact work that shapes the company’s future. This is a highly visible role for a strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex business challenges, influencing senior leaders, turning insights into action, and coaching and developing a team. You will help guide enterprise priorities across growth strategy, customer experience, market intelligence, business transformation, and long-term planning.

The Corporate Strategy team works at the center of Amica’s most important opportunities. The team partners across the organization to understand customer needs, synthesize market and industry trends, design better experiences, and develop strategies that move the business forward. In this role, you’ll collaborate with leaders and executives across functions, help bring clarity to ambiguous challenges, and build momentum around the decisions and initiatives that matter most.

Position Summary

The Senior Corporate Strategy Manager plays a key role in advancing enterprise strategy by helping evaluate priorities, shape recommendations, and support cross-functional initiatives that strengthen Amica’s long-term direction.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative strategy leader who can move easily from big-picture thinking to practical execution. You are curious, analytical, and comfortable working with ambiguity. You know how to ask smart questions, structure complex problems, build trust with stakeholders, and communicate recommendations in a way that inspires action. You bring strong business judgment, executive presence, and a passion for helping teams deliver meaningful results for customers and the organization.

Work Location and Schedule

This full-time position is based on a 37.5-hour work week at Amica’s Lincoln, RI campus and follows a hybrid schedule: three days onsite in the office and two days working from home each week. Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development that address enterprise priorities, growth opportunities, market dynamics, customer insights, and business transformation needs.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, develop financial and business cases, and recommend actionable strategies.
• Design project approaches, draft proposals, build work plans, and oversee analysis that leads to high-quality strategic recommendations.
• Support annual strategic planning efforts and help translate long-term enterprise goals into practical, cross-functional growth plans.
• Craft compelling presentations and storylines that clearly articulate findings, insights, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations for senior audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, guide teams toward consensus, and influence action across multiple levels of the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports by setting clear goals, holding the team accountable, and providing actionable coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy senior leadership to resolve complex relationship management situations and advance department priorities.
• Lead vendor selection and management in partnership with Procurement, Legal, Governance, and other appropriate teams.
• Assist with department budget planning and management, and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of business experience with a demonstrated history of success; experience at an insurance or other financial services organization preferred.
• 3+ years of strategy consulting or relevant corporate strategy experience preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience managing teams.
• Strong critical thinking skills and an inquisitive mindset, with the ability to connect analysis to broader business context and enterprise priorities.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to senior leadership.
• Ability to influence others, gain support, build consensus, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Adaptability, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn and apply new skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
