Amica is seeking an Associate Customer Care Representative in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires taking phone calls to sell policies and service current accounts. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in service and sales, demonstrate a professional phone demeanor, and exhibit strong teamwork skills.
A starting annual salary of $48,298 ($23.22/hr). Additional compensation would be dependent on level of experience and applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry with a range of up to $55,785 annually ($26.82/hr).
The 40 hour work week is scheduled fromTuesday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PMandSaturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PMand includes a few holidays annually.
Work from home may be available up to two days a week once trained to work independently.
Amica conducts background checks which includes a review of criminal, educational, employment and social media histories, and if the role involves use of a company vehicle, a motor vehicle or driving history report. The background check will not be initiated until after a conditional offer of employment is made and the candidate accepts the offer.
