Job summary

Wolters Kluwer’s FCC | CLC - Registered Agent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for its hybrid, nationwide team. The role focuses on advanced CSR duties, high-value client interactions, and complex corporate filings support.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in corporate services/registered agent, strong CRM and communication skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration. Eight days per month in-office; remote work possible otherwise.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of exclusive corporate/registered agent industry experience.
• Proficient in retrieving corporate documents and filings across 50 states.
• Knowledge of filings for incorporations, amendments, annual reports, and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to FCC | CLC team members and other departments.
• Communicate with clients regarding corporate services and filings.
• Manage onboarding for large or high-profile customers.
• Respond to client, affiliate, and vendor inquiries via phone and email.
• Oversee order processing from inquiry to invoicing and follow-up.
• Review deliverables and invoices before sending to clients.
• Educate clients and promote additional services such as RA, FEIN, and annual report services.
• Assist with online accounts, tools, and tailored training sessions.
