Job summary

Gemini Trust Company seeks a Senior Associate to join the Real Estate and Corporate Security team, safeguarding employees, locations, assets, and brand reputation at the Scottsdale, AZ 24/7 Operations & Support Center. The role requires a hands-on security leader with strong customer service, technology, and hospitality skills to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical security, federal or local law enforcement, military police, or corrections.
• Supervising guard forces or small security teams.
• Strong technical aptitude with CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Investigations and situational assessments experience.
• Must be eligible to obtain a current Arizona license to carry a weapon.
• Knowledge of OSHA, Health & Safety, and Emergency Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations for the Arizona Operations & Support Center.
• Supervise contract guard staff and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Manage credentialing, visitor screening, and incident reporting.
• Maintain CCTV, access control systems, and security logs.
• Collaborate with People Operations and office services for onboarding and training.
• Support emergency response and crisis management efforts.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
