Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 8–10 years of relevant corporate and securities experience.
• Substantive securities law expertise, including 1933 Act and 1934 Act matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as securities and corporate governance counsel for public company clients.
• Provide judgment and practical counsel on time-sensitive securities matters.
• Assist with public capital markets transactions and private placements.
• Stay current on securities law developments and regulatory requirements.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and governance documents.
• Mentor associates and collaborate with the corporate practice team.
