Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Corporate Safety Manager to establish and drive the Environmental, Health and Safety program across U.S. and Canada operations. You will develop guidance, lead audits, and mentor sites while aligning with KSMS and regulatory standards.

Traveling >50% will be required to support facilities and customers. You will oversee incident investigations, training initiatives, and data-driven safety improvements, partnering with leadership to deliver safer, compliant operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience developing and implementing EHS programs and systems.
• 1-3 years of warehouse/distribution/logistics experience preferred.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or ASP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulations.
• Proficiency with EHS systems (Benchmark Gensuite, ISNetworld) and MS 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate safety vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Prepare safety performance reports for senior leadership and customers.
• Oversee safety management for U.S. & Canada operations.
• Manage safety staff and site safety advisors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, FMCSA, and local requirements.
• Oversee ISNetworld/Avetta administration and audits.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct facility safety audits and share best practices.
