Kenco Group seeks a Director of Health & Safety to shape the company’s safety vision, drive enterprise-wide compliance, and advance performance metrics. The role partners with Legal, HR, Operations, and Risk Management to align safety with business objectives and capital planning.

The position can be based in Dallas, TX or Chattanooga, TN and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven record of reducing risk across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, safety or related field preferred.
• CSP or comparable certification required.
• 10+ years in health & safety with 5+ years in leadership roles; multisite experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO-45001s standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic oversight of OSHA and other regulatory programs enterprise-wide.
• Lead enterprise health and safety strategy aligned with goals and KPIs.
• Manage regulatory investigations and corrective actions with timely responses.
• Develop safety budget and financial reporting in partnership with executives.
• Oversee Safety Centers of Excellence to standardize best practices across the enterprise.
• Drive development of OSHA-compliant SMS and recordkeeping/documentation processes.
