Kenco Logistics seeks a Corporate Safety Manager to lead Environmental, Health and Safety across the U.S. and Canada. You will guide programs, policies and audits, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes leading safety initiatives, reporting to senior leadership, and mentoring site safety teams.

Travel >50% is required; candidates should have CSP/ASP or equivalent and strong data-driven safety analytics experience within warehousing/logistics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field
• 5-7 years of experience developing and implementing EHS programs and systems
• 1-3 years of warehouse/distribution/logistics experience, preferred
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or ASP preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal, state OSHA and EPA laws/regulations
• Excellent written and communication skills, leadership, and adaptability
• Experience with EHS management systems (Benchmark Gensuite, ISNetworld) and Microsoft 365 tools

Aufgaben

• Develop corporate safety vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Prepare and present periodic safety performance reports for leadership, board, and customers.
• Oversee safety strategy and management system for US & Canada operations.
• Manage corporate safety staff and site safety advisors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, FMCSA, and local requirements.
• Maintain ISNetworld, Avetta, and Benchmark Gensuite programs for compliance.
