Richelieu Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate functions in Illinois.

You will partner with senior leaders to understand workforce needs, design sourcing strategies, and build diverse pipelines while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. The role requires strong market insight, consultative partnership, and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate/in-house environment.
• Proven ability to recruit for complex or hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles across corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify diverse, high-quality talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Guide hiring managers with market insights and best practices.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure role alignment and company culture.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Contribute to process improvements and employer branding initiatives.
