Charles Schwab Corporation seeks an experienced Managing Director & Deputy Chief Counsel - Corporate Real Estate to lead Schwab's enterprise real estate legal function. You will advise senior leaders on high-impact real estate transactions, risk, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio strategy, while guiding governance, templates, and playbooks across the real estate portfolio.

Formación

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and bar admission in at least one state.
• 12+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate legal experience at a leading firm or in-house.
• Experience negotiating complex real estate transactions including leases, purchases, dispositions, and development matters.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the enterprise real estate legal function and establish contracting strategy, governance, and risk management.
• Advise senior leaders on legal and regulatory risks related to real estate transactions and portfolio management.
• Negotiate, draft, and advise on leases, subleases, purchase agreements, construction contracts, and related documents.
• Manage outside counsel and external advisors to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
• Provide leadership and professional development within the real estate legal team.
