Job summary

CRISP Shared Services is seeking a Communications Specialist to develop content and coordinate communications across CSS customers and regional programs. You’ll translate complex healthcare initiatives into clear, compelling messaging to improve access to information and care coordination.

The role involves supporting product launches, educational initiatives, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on in-market communications and managed services.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to understand and communicate healthcare, technology, product, and operational information.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills; manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting customer, program, product, or external communications across channels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and markets.
• Proactive and collaborative work style across teams.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and evolving processes within a growing team.
• Experience using email marketing platforms, CMS, PM tools, shared repositories, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day execution of communications strategies, plans, and deliverables across markets and corporate initiatives.
• Drafts, edits, and distributes emails, newsletters, announcements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Adapts communications for local audiences, programs, and channels.
• Supports product launches, migrations, and other corporate/customer initiatives.
• Coordinates timelines, reviews, approvals, distribution, and follow-up for timely execution.
• Maintains digital content and communications channels; supports CMS and web content.
• Tracks activities and metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement.
• Ensures communications align with CSS brand and broader strategy.
