Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in B2B tech, media, or adjacent industries; semiconductor experience preferred.
• Exceptional writing skills with ability to unpack complex technology into clear messages.
• Proven track record in high‑impact journalism, corporate PR teams, or agencies.
• Detail‑oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong ability to cultivate relationships with journalists and influencers; manage agencies.
• Excellent writer who can elevate technical messages into compelling narratives.
• Outstanding project‑management skills and prioritization across initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic PR plans for earned media coverage and owned content.
• Build relationships with journalists and media partners; organize media roundtables and drive executive thought leadership.
• Support major corporate announcements such as earnings, partnerships, and manufacturing stories.
• Lead development of PR assets: press releases, messaging documents, Q&As, story pitches.
• Identify and manage speaking opportunities for senior executives; execute external comms strategy.
• Collaborate with government relations to advance company viewpoints with policy reporters.
• Coordinate with international comms leads for global alignment on major news.
• Drive story mining by engaging internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Manage the digital newsroom and develop compelling owned content.
• Develop data‑driven tracking and reporting for PR performance.
