FedEx Freight is seeking a senior aviation leader to manage a professional pilot team across Memphis, TN and Harrison, AR. The role requires maintaining compliance with FAR Part 91 and the FedEx Flight Operations Manual, while serving as Pilot-in-Command on assigned missions.

The candidate will coordinate with schedulers and maintenance to ensure aircraft availability, drive pilot recruitment and onboarding, and push forward the EFB program within corporate aviation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or equivalent corporate aviation experience.
• Airline transport pilot certificate with multi-engine & instrument rating.
• CL30 type rating.
• FAA first class medical certificate.
• Recency and type of experience in corporate/business aviation.

Mansioni

• Lead a professional staff of pilots in the company aviation department across bases.
• Ensure operations comply with FAR Part 91, FOM, SOPs.
• Serve as Pilot-in-Command on assigned flights.
• Coordinate with scheduler and maintenance for crew capability and aircraft availability.
• Develop and maintain flight operations manuals, checklists and standardization materials.
• Lead pilot recruitment, interviewing and selection.
• Oversee onboarding and PIC upgrade objectives.
• Support EFB program development and maintenance.
