Job summary

You will mentor junior and mid-level developers, lead code reviews and drive architectural decisions while evaluating new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or IS
• 5+ years in IT or engineering; advanced degree may offset experience
• Expert-level knowledge of front-end and back-end frameworks
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong programming skills in multiple languages
• Proven coding skills across languages
• Analytical, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of large-scale projects
• Code, test and deploy software across the full SDLC
• Document code per company processes
• Work with databases, APIs, servers, and networks

• Conduct code reviews and enforce standards
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies/tools
